The TSA determines the jurisdiction and legal framework in which the timestamp has full evidentiary value. Each country or region has its own Time Stamping Authority, responsible for establishing the legal validity and recognition of the timestamp.

European Union:
Timestamp issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), with legal recognition in EU Member States.
Colombia:
Timestamp under ONAC supervision, with legal validity in Colombia.
Peru:
Timestamp issued in accordance with Peruvian regulations on digital signatures and certificates, with legal validity in Peru.
