Lleida.net reported a 75% increase in its Registered eContr

act services during Q1 2022

Madrid 19 April .- Lleida.net has reported a sharp increase in its number of SaaS deliveries made on behalf of its customers in Q1, 2022, with business lines growing by more than 75 per cent yearly.

According to a regulatory communication sent to the market today, the company unveiled yet another quarter of production data showing its strengthening as a European leader in its industry.

The business line that saw the most robust growth was API Standard Registered Contracts (branded as Click & Sign API), up 75.33 per cent over the same period in 2021, or nearly 1.5 million additional deliveries.

The traffic for this service comes mostly from contracting telecommunications and insurance companies in Europe, consumer finance in Latin America, Spain and Eastern Europe, lending services by fintechs in Spain and Latin America, and healthcare services in that region.

Likewise, during the 1Q2022, the Click & Sign Pro production, which is used by corporations to manage their clients' contracting processes reliably and securely, also grew.

The so-called PRO workflows are complex contracting circuits in which several factors must be analysed before contracting is carried out.

In this business line, the company recorded about 278,000 deliveries or 21.93 per cent over the first quarter of last year.

Lleida.net customers sent more than four million Registered Emails during the first three months of the year, or 10.97 per cent more than in 2021.

"Lleida.net's business model has yet another quarter shown its absolute consolidation and the ability to enable our corporate and individual customers to meet their electronic contracting, notification and signature needs solidly," explained Sisco Sapena, Lleida.net's CEO and founder.

The company also recorded a significant increase in its SMS business line, with a 15.3 per cent growth in its Registered SMS business over the previous year, up to 1.7 million messages.

The company's customers also signed up for 1.29 million Registered SMS contracts, 2.96 per cent more than at the beginning of 2021.

Lleida.net's technology has been developed over the last few years on a proprietary basis, consolidating its position as the European benchmark player in the registered notification, signature and e-contracting industry.

The company, founded in 1995, holds more than 16 million outstanding shares, which are traded on Euronext Growth, OTCQX in New York and BME Growth in Madrid.
The company holds one of the largest intellectual property portfolios in the sector at the international level.

Over 60 countries have recognised its inventions with more than 205 patents, and its intellectual property portfolio is one of the largest in the industry worldwide.
