Lleida.net to pay dividends for the third year in a row

Madrid, 31 March  - The Board of Directors of Lleida.net (OTCQX:LLEIF) (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) last night resolved to propose to the company's General Shareholders' Meeting a dividend distribution of 0.0125 euros net per share.

The company will distribute over 200,000 euros to its shareholders to acknowledge their support in a challenging market environment.

This amount is equal to the amount distributed in 2021 and will become effective after the approval of the General Meeting.  It is the third time that Lleida.net has distributed profit among its shareholders. "Lleida.net is committed to its dividend distribution policy. We always consider that the company's profits belong to all its shareholders, and we call on them to continue supporting the company", explained Sisco Sapena, CEO of the company. "

The company paid dividends for the first time in 2020 when Lleida.net became one of the leading success stories on the European stock exchange, fuelled by changing behavioural habits of companies and users due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The listed company, founded in 1995, has more than 16 million outstanding shares, traded on Euronext Growth, OTCQX, and BME Growth. It has one of the largest intellectual property portfolios in the industry worldwide.

More than 60 countries have recognised its inventions with more than 205 patents, and its intellectual property portfolio is one of the largest in the industry worldwide.
