Comunicações eletrônicas convencionais são facilmente manipuladas. Isto supõe que seja muito simples a impugnação, em um procedimento judicial de uma comunicação eletrônica sem certificação.
A certificação reduz esse risco à sua expressão mínima, pois existe um terceiro que certifica o conteúdo e o momento da comunicação. E para provar esse conteúdo, ele fornece um documento que inclui uma série de medidas técnicas que evitam a discussão sobre os dados nele contidos. No caso da Lleida.net, emitimos o seguinte certificado, que inclui nossa assinatura digital com um hash da mensagem e uma marca temporal de uma entidade de certificação.

This document is stored securely in accordance with the criteria of the Information Security Management System. Lleida.net safeguards the documentary evidence for a minimum period of 5 years and may confirm its authenticity, integrity and legality at the client's request and the request of the Court if its validity is questioned.
The documentary evidence is fully legally valid and includes:

Date and time of remittance
Date and time of delivery
Status of the recipient's mail server
Email content and attachments (up to 5 MB)
Technical Annex to the remittance:

IP of the outgoing mail server

Furthermore, with the communication certificate, LLEIDA.NET provides an Addendum, an additional service to the registered email. A PDF attachment is issued with the display information once it is detected that the inserted pixel has been downloaded. The Addendum is a cost-free service included by default in the Registered Email service. (can be disabled on request).
The Addendum attests that the recipient of the registered e-mail has viewed the contents of the email. Once generated, it is available on the web platform of the service https://portal.burofaxelectronico.com/.
The documentary evidence shall include on top of the above information the following:
Date and time of access to the content
IP address of the device
User Agent
O Artigo 28.2 da LSSICE diz que "será entendido que foi recebido a aceitação e sua confirmação quando as partes as quais se dirigem possam ter prova disso. No caso em que a recepção da aceitação se confirme através da confirmação de recebimento, se presumirá que seu destinatário pode ter o registo referido, uma vez que foi armazenado no servidor em que sua conta de e-mail que está registrada ou no dispositivo usado para receber comunicações.
Isto implica que é suficiente para certificar que a comunicação está disponível para o destinatário (ou seja, em seu celular, se é um SMS certificado, ou em seu servidor de e-mail, se for um e-mail certificado), a fim de ter validade legal.
