Sisco Sapena buys 64,700 shares of Lleida.net after present

Madrid, 25 February. Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTC:LLEIF) founder and CEO, Sisco Sapena, bought this week 64,700 shares of the company, at a weighted price of 3.24 euros per share. 
 
With this acquisition communicated to the Spanish regulator after the company's earnings presentation, he now controls 34.91% of the company.

Last year, Sapena bought shares in the company he created in 1995 up to seven times. 
 
With this purchase, once again, he proves his commitment and confidence in the company's future.
 
During the 2021 fiscal period, Lleida.net's gross margin increased by 17 per cent in 2021, or 9.37 million euros.
 
The company's sales grew up to 17.97 million euros during the year. 
 
This growth was mainly due to the rise of its SaaS service line. Lleida.net is the European leader in the registered electronic signature, notification, and contracting industry.
